Two-phase renovation and extension of an existing 120 sqm building, transforming it into a three-unit residential property in Alapraia, Estoril.

The project comprised the refurbishment of the original building, followed by its extension into a two-family house with a ground-floor unit and an upper unit. It also included the acquisition and subdivision of an adjoining plot: half of its area was incorporated into the main house’s garden, while the remainder—including an existing structure—was converted into a third residential unit.
