Renovation and extension of a 360 sqm late 18th-century house, converting it into a two-family residence in Linda-a-velha, Oeiras.

The project involved the complete restoration of a building in ruins, during which late 18th- and early 19th-century wall paintings were uncovered, together with an original timber roof structure that was carefully restored. A 40 sqm extension balanced the areas of the two three-bedroom units, while providing independent access and a private terrace for the upper residence. The project also included the landscape design of nearly 400 sqm of outdoor space.
