Successfull renovation of a 800 sqm building with 9 units in Arroios, Lisbon.

Responsible for complete architectural design and project management, together with investdesign. From prospection to acquisition, including light parcial licencing processes and exit-negotiation with tenants, also overseeing construction works until delivery to end client and continuing to provide after sale support.
