Complex renovation of a 1000 sqm building with 13 units, next to Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon.

Responsible for all architectural design, interior design and furnishing, and project management, together with investdesign. From prospection to acquisition, including full licencing process and exit-negotiation with tenants, also overseeing construction works until delivery to end client and continuing to provide after sale support.
