Complete renovation of a 100sqm residential annex, converting it into an independent two-bedroom unit with an outdoor pergola in Alapraia, Estoril.

The project takes advantage of the generous ceiling height to create a fully open-plan social area, with two stacked bedrooms arranged half a storey apart from the living space. A new outdoor area with a metal pergola extends the house into the garden.
